Warranty

We only offer Genuine and original equipment auto parts from OEM and Tier 1 Suppliers, but in some rare cases you may need a replacement item under warranty. All parts are covered under the respective part manufacturer’s warranty. All parts are covered for a period of 12 Months from the date of purchase.

The following will void the warranty:
• Products which have been altered, improperly installed, maintained or repaired
• Parts damaged by accident, negligence, or misuse
• Parts installed in vehicles used for racing/competition
• Installation on a vehicle for which it is not intended
• Proof of purchase is unavailable

The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover any expenses incurred in the removal and / or reinstallation of the auto part. Specifically, this warranty does not cover any expenses for TIME, RENTAL, OR OTHER PARTS not purchased from us, or ANY LABOR. This warranty covers replacing the part only. This warranty is offered only to the original purchaser of the part.

If the auto part sold should prove defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period, contact APSG with the required information listed below, and we will facilitate replacing the part under the manufacturers warranty.

Eligibility Requirements:
Any products for warranty must be accompanied by an explanation of circumstances and conditions under which they failed. The manufacturer reserves the right to examine all products returned to it for a warranty claim to determine whether or not any such products have failed because of a defect in material or workmanship.
